We are real estate brokers and proud supporters of Furnish Hope. Together, we’re part of Varsity Real Estate, a boutique, locally owned brokerage here in Bend. I (Cole) founded Varsity with the belief that real estate is about more than houses—It’s about people, stories, and the life transitions we’re honored to walk through with our clients. Mollie, our Principal Broker, shares that same passion for service and community. Helping people find not just a house, but a place to truly call home, isn’t just our profession – it’s our passion.
I’m Cole, and yes… it's time to strut my stuff! When I was invited to join Catwalk for a Cause, my first reaction was mild panic at the idea of playing a fashion model. My second was an enthusiastic yes—because Furnish Hope is a mission I’ve believed in and supported since day one.
I’ve called Bend home for over 15 years, and I love everything this community stands for—active living, authentic connections, entrepreneurship, and showing up for one another.
Outside of work, you’ll find me on the court or the course. I’m a lifelong tennis player, and, more recently, a golf addict. The sport challenges me and has introduced me to great friendships and memorable travel.
When I’m not chasing a ball, I’m chasing adventures with my three awesome kids, traveling, entertaining, and experimenting in the kitchen—preferably alongside friends and family.
Hope, to me, is more than a feeling. It’s a choice we make daily to believe in something greater—for ourselves and for others. And home is more than four walls. It’s where we feel safe, seen, and like we truly belong.
I’m Mollie, and this cause speaks to my heart for so many reasons—one very personal reason being my late, dear friend Terry Skjersaa, who served on Furnish Hope’s original Board of Directors. His legacy continues to inspire me every day.
I’m a Bend native, and though our town has evolved, I’m committed to preserving the authenticity that makes it so special. That means showing up with kindness, leading with compassion, and respecting the beautiful outdoor spaces I love to explore.
Every day, I strive to make a positive impact on my clients, my community, and those around me. I treasure time with my family, friends, and my two delightful dogs, and I’ve always found inspiration in words, whether in literature or lyrics. Music is the melody of my heart.
To me, hope is believing we have more in common than we think. It’s choosing to see the good and trusting that each of us has the power to make the world better. And home is a blank slate where love, laughter, and memories are made.
