By becoming an agency partner with Furnish Hope, you’ll have the opportunity to kickstart our Cycles of Hope throughout Central Oregon.
Referring Partner Registration & Training
All agencies interested in partnering with Furnish Hope as a referring agency will need to first submit an application.
Once the agency application has been approved, all caseworkers must complete the caseworker registration and training and create a login to begin making referrals.
This page walks you through the process for starting your partnership with us. Make sure to follow the 4-step process below so we can begin furnishing hope for your clients in need.
1) Check Agency Status
See if your organization is already a referring agency. We work with over 100 agencies throughout Central Oregon.
2) Agency Application
If your organization is not on the list, the next step is for your Lead Director to submit an application for approval by clicking the link below.
3) Caseworker Registration
Once your agency has an approved application, you will be able to register, access training videos and create a login to make referrals.
4) Recipient Checklist
Prepare your clients in advance by thoroughly reviewing this checklist with them during the referral and packing list process.
